Any tenant residing in the US is eligible to receive assistance.
The homeowner or renter may initiate and complete their online application by visiting www.apartazza.net, completing the eligibility questionnaire, and providing the required information and documents. All applications must be submitted online. An application will not be considered complete until the tenant completes their sections of the application and submits documents.
Homeowners and renters must provide a current lease or mortgage statement in their application if one is available.
After the tenant completes their application, it will be matched with their mortgage provider’s/landlord’s corresponding information and will be considered eligible for review.
If the mortgage provider/landlord information does not correspond with the application, the application will be considered in error, and the tenant’s application will go through a separate review process. Those tenants may receive an email to re-verify information and will be contacted with further instructions.
If you have any questions or if you are unsure about anything regarding your application, please email us at wecare@apartazza.net with your address as your Application ID in subject line. For additional information, contact the call center at (866) 294-1367.
We expect extremely high demand for assistance and will review completed applications as quickly as possible. Please allow us a minimum of 72 hours to process your application for funding eligibility.

Due to the high volume of applicants seeking assistance, we encourage you to submit all of your information accurately and promptly. Our programs provide discretionary funding for initiatives such as security deposits, mortgage relief, and rental assistance. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and funding is awarded until the budget for the current quarter is exhausted. Our funding is continuous, and those who qualify will be considered in the next funding round.
Please note that the application portal will not accept submissions when our office is closed for holidays. Once all funds are administered, you may receive an error message after hitting submit, it indicates that we have reached the maximum number of applications for funding. This is not an issue with the website. If this happens, please try again when the application portal reopens. Thank you for your understanding.
